Ex-Chainstore is the term used to describe garments that are no longer stocked by the high-street store they were originally made for and sold by.
Are your goods second hand or damaged?
No, all of the clothing we sell are brand new and are in perfect selling condition.
Why do you remove the tags from the garments?
The tags and labels are removed from items before dispatch, to prevent store returns and to comply with UK resale and copyright laws.
Rest assured the garments are as new as those bought in stores, but we must remove to branding to not upset the large high-street retailers.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your delivery, whatever the reason is, as long as the garment is in the same condition and in the original packaging it was sent to you in, you are free to return this to us within 14 days after receiving the item. Buyer must pay for return postage. Please message us with your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be back with us within 14 days. The item must be received back in the same brand new state and unworn condition that it was sent. This must be free of any perfume smells or makeup stains. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID inside your return package to ensure a prompt refund. We recommend you use a tracked service for your return, to prevent any loss by the postal service. The refund will be minus the postage cost that we paid for to post the item out.
Can I pay by Credit/Debit card over the telephone?
We only accept payment via PayPal, we are unable to process payments by Credit/Debit cards over the telephone.
