A: The Sumi is foldable in half to help you save precious floor space at home. To fold it up, you simply need to loosen the locking knob, remove the locking pin, then fold the rail upward and replace the locking pin to secure it.

A: It’s not recommended to use and store this rowing machine in cold conditions as this can negatively affect the electronic and mechanical components. The rower should be kept in a warm, clean and dry environment. Do not position it near water or outdoors.

Q: Hi , can you tell me what stops this from sliding on the floor when being used and can it be used on carpet ? Thanks Roger

A: Hi Roger. The best thing to stop it from sliding on a hard surface would be a machine matt. We have several different types of matt and they'd all be suitable for this purpose. You can use the machine on a carpet no problem (you won't need a matt if using on a carpet).

Q: What does Row Length: 80cm (31.5”) mean?

A: It means that the seat will travel a maximum of 80cm along the rail.
