Most orders placed and paid for before 3pm EST (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day, with a shipment tracking to follow later in the day. Items are packed carefully with appropriate packaging material. Multiple items will be shipped within the same package. Basic insurance is included in the shipping total. Orders placed after 3pm, or if there is an issue with the address, or other issues preventing same day shipping will be despatched next working day. RETURNS & REFUNDS

General Return Policy:
We strive to adhere to the highest quality standards when accepting returned items. Because we sell luxury items, returned products must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect original condition. Original / New Condition includes protective shields on swimsuit and intimates bottoms, re-sealable and accompanying bags / cases, and items properly folded with all tags in place. We also recommend that you protect the item against any pet hair or dander, liquid, or other debris, and to put it back in the plastic packaging it came from once you've tried it on. This will ensure that your return is approved during the inspection process done by the Returns Department.
Swimwear and Intimates Return Policy:
We're unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
When you receive your swimwear or intimates item, we strongly suggest you try it on over your personal underwear. After you decide to keep your items, feel free to remove the hygienic strip and tags.

IMPORTANT:
We cannot accept garments that have been soiled, abused, damaged, wadded up, or laundered. We will be unable to issue any credit or refund for an unacceptable garment.
