This auction is for a split-level suburban house in N scale, as pictured. Newly-built (by me) from a Retired* kit by MODEL POWER (Item #1502). Includes "glass" windows, "wood" construction, 2 chimneys, and a built-in garage. Cleanly constructed this week and never installed in a layout.

The dimensions are 4 1/4" W x 2 3/4" D x 2 1/4" H.

*Model Power went out of business in April of 2014.

Except where described as being new or newly-built, the items I'm offering are gently used (still in good condition and ready to be used again).

I try to offer a wide variety of N scale model railroad items every week, including buildings, figures, lights and signals, track and track accessories, landscaping material and other scenic details. All of my N Scale listings are Penny Auctions! Unlike some sellers who only start their auctions at one penny if the item they're selling has major problems of one sort or another, I list everything I sell with a penny starting price so that my customers always get to determine the final price. I also try to fix any major problems an item might have before I list it and I often include pictures showing multiple angles so you can better see what you're bidding on. I never pad my mailing fees with excessive "handling" charges and I never force my customers to pay high priority mail rates.
