If you purchase 1 cap it
will be sent out with APC courier service.
If you are purchasing 2 or
more of these caps, then they will be sent out with DPD courier service.
You will receive a delivery email from DPD on the day of delivery. This
will be sent to the email provided on PayPal. Please provide a contact
telephone number.
Please check all items upon
receipt. Please report any damages to use within 48hrs of you receiving
the items. Any items reported after the 48hrs cannot be replaced.
Terms and
Conditions of Sale - APC
For
items sent out with APC courier service. Deliveries take place between 8am
& 6pm Monday to Friday only. You are required to sign for the items.
Please make sure the delivery address you give is manned on the day of
delivery or provide a safe location where the order can be left. An email
will be sent to the email address supplied on PayPal to confirm when your
delivery will be arriving.
APC
will email you on the day of delivery with a timed delivery slot. If a
mobile number has been provided a text will be sent with a timed delivery
slot.
Please
supply us with a contact number for the delivery address to help the
courier.
The courier will leave a calling card to say they have attempted
delivery it is then your responsibility to contact them and rearrange
delivery. Failure to contact them will result in your order being sent
back to us. A new delivery charge will then be payable should you want the
order dispatching to you.
YOU
MUST check your delivery before signing for it, to
ensure that you have received the correct number of parcel and that the
delivery is not damaged. Should the courier not let you check your
delivery, please make sure you sign as “DAMAGED” so you will be covered by
the couriers insurance. Couriers will not pay out on a claim once you have
signed and accepted the parcel.
Please
ensure that you check all your items are present before signing, we cannot
replace items that have been signed for as present.
Please
