This is a cute cast metal blacksmith tongs, handcrafted in dollhouse (1:12) scale by Mark Evans of "Island Crafts and Miniatures".  The tongs are 1 3/4" long, non-moving, and an excellent representation of the real thing.  Thanks for looking!
