These are a good quality miniature mains 230V blue neon indicator, fits into a panel hole of 7mm diameter.Unusual to see a blue neon !
Connections are by solder tag terminals.
The front lens is square conical shape, 8.5mm square at its base and 6mm square at the top. The lens protrudes the panel by 7mm.
