Our instruments are set up before shipment but we do ship them detuned. Setups can change during the vibration of transit. Also, as players ourselves, we recognize that every player has his/her own setup preference. Consequently, we do suggest that you have your preferred guitar tech tweak the setup to your personal preference.

Shipping: UPS has raised rates again; an every year occurrence. Last week we shipped a guitar from our shop in Kansas City, MO to Portland, OR for which the UPS charge was $63.20. As a consequence, sometimes we cannot afford free shipping on some items as there are times where shipping costs exceed our profit on the instrument. But, we will always subsidize your cost by charging less shipping than the carrier charges us. Shipping to the contiguous U. S. States will be Free. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and all U. S. Territories and Possessions should inquire about shipping costs before bidding if not stated within this listing.

All International residents should inquire about shipping costs before bidding. Import duties, taxes, and other fees your country may levy are NOT included in our shipping costs. Please check with your customs office to determine what these costs might be prior to biding.

Note that the newest revisions to the CITES treaty prevents us from shipping any item containing any of the species of Rosewood to an International destination.

Returns Policy: We do want you to be happy with your purchase. This item qualifies for our 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of your receipt date for a full refund, less our incurred shipping costs (includes ship costs that we incurred in “free shipping” listings or in subsidized shipping listings.. There is a 10% restock charge. The item must be in its original, unused condition, in its original carton and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. It must be returned by the same carrier that was used to send it to you. It the item has been used, shows any type of abuse, is returned in an incorrect carton, or is missing parts, documents or accessories a 15% restocking charge is accessed.
