Originating in the ancient folklore and legends of the Mayans, Guatemalan Worry Dolls have become an ideal natural, alternative way of alleviating stress and soothing concerns. The story goes that any troubles that plague the mind should be whispered to the doll before going to bed; the doll should then be placed beneath the pillow, and come morning, all of those troubles and concerns will have disappeared! Others still have begun to use these Worry Dolls as handy talismans, a reminder not to let the worries of life get you down.

These Worry Dolls have been specially designed with certain worries in mind, so you can pick the one that bests suits you! Each worry doll measures approximately 2cm tall, although the exact size and shape may vary. These Dolls are all handmade by Mayan communities in Guatemala, and as such are Fairtrade approved!
