Labels, with Deep Groove, are clean. Record itself is VG+. Cover, with great and evocative JIM FLORA graphic, is VG++ with a one inch split on bottom seal at opening, white back cover somewhat faded from age (as is typical) with one small stain spot at bottom also (back cover).
