COMBINED P&P – if you have purchased multiple items from different listings please email before payment and we will send you a combined invoice including postage discount where applicable. Overseas buyers please email for a shipping cost before making any purchases.
DESPATCH OF YOUR ORDER –Payment must be made within three days. All orders are usually despatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. We will contact you if there are any issues regarding possible delays. Orders are sent out via Royal Mail first or second class, as detailed in the listing post for the UK unless another service is agreed. You will receive an email advising you of when the item will be despatched. If you haven't received your order within a reasonable timescale we would advise checking at your local Royal Mail depot before contacting us to ensure the package is not being held there after a failed delivery attempt and no calling card was left to inform you – items are too large to be posted through a standard letterbox.
CONDITIONS OF POSTING - Please note that all items are posted at buyers risk and once your item/s have been posted it is no longer our responsibility, please contact us before payment if you require recorded or special delivery or a traceable mail service and we will adjust your invoice. If your parcel or package is damaged or lost we can put in a claim for compensation and will refund only what is refunded by the Royal Mail (it normally takes 3-6 weeks for a claim to be settled). Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item lost until 15 days after posting for UK posting and 30 for the rest of the world so a claim cannot be made before this.
RETURNS - Returns accepted only by prior agreement and postage at the cost of buyer unless goods are faulty. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging except for faulty goods. You must obtain proof of posting for any returns.
