This is a vintage brass color cigarette case from OLIN Industries in East Alton Illinois. It has a map of the city and OLIN on the front of it. 

 Measurements:  

5 1/4" long and 3" wide.

Preowned item in good condition. Has some wear, surface scratches, and tarnish to the brass from use and age. It locks closed and the inside is clean but has some wear to it. It came from an estate, check out the other Homestead Collection Figurines in my eBay store.
