We despatch your orders next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be
shipped on following Monday.

in the UK mainland including, Scotland, Wales and Northern
Ireland excluding all and any islands.

are certain locations in the UK including, the Highlands, the Channel Islands.
Remote areas may take longer to deliver your order.
· As soon as your order is
despatched from our Warehouse you will receive notification via eBay to confirm
that it's on its way. Your item will usually be despatched within 24 hours.

The
estimated delivery time for UK orders is 2-5 working days for deliveries within
the UK. Deliveries are usually from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding
public holidays, but this may be dependent upon your courier.

Please
note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we
cannot guarantee delivery in that time or accept liability for deliveries made
outside of this timescale. We cannot accept liability for any out-of-pocket
expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
· Royal Mail will not deem a
parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14
calendar days for orders within the UK. Although it is highly unlikely
deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to despatch a
replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you
have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check
with your neighbours and your local sorting office.
· Should your order not
arrive within the estimated time please contact us so that we can track your
order and class the item as 'Lost In Post' and investigate with Royal Mail.

remember that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 14 calendar days
have passed for UK.
· We ask that you ensure you
report any items not received within 30 days of dispatched as after this time
we may not be able to replace or refund your item.
· If an item is missing from
your order, please contact us immediately via eBay so we can resolve the issue
for you and get the missing item despatched to you.
· In the event that you have
ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in
to take delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure.
For UK orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted
delivery and the item will either be left with neighbours or be held at your
local sorting office.
· We apologise for the
inconvenience if we have delivered a faulty or damaged item. If the product you
have ordered has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us for a copy of our
return form and further instructions.

Holidays and Sundays are not classed as working days, don't include these in
our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on

do not offer combined shipping on our orders. Prices calculated according to
weight of the item.
Payment
We only accept orders via
eBay as a payment method on all our listings.
Payment must be received
within 3 days after you have committed to buy. Unpaid item disputes will be
filed to eBay for non-paying bidders
Return
policy
- if
it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase
providing it is:
- Returned
within 30 days of receiving your order
- It
is in original undamaged packaging with all tags intact
- The
product is in the same condition as how you received it
- You
have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are
in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for
goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned. We ask that you
return items by second class post and please keep a copy of your receipt
until you receive a confirmation email that we have received your item and
have proceeded with a refund or an exchange for you

- Except
for faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 30 days of

packaging charges and a 20% restocking fee.
