The sheared wool is collected and carefully hand carded to remove all of its impurities. The wool is then spun by hand into a fine quality yarn. Swiss dyes are used to dye the yarn into an infinite array of colors. These dyes are superb as they retain their color and vibrancy much longer. The design is carefully drawn on a full-scale grid that the weavers use as a blueprint to create the rug. |

Shipment: Shipment will be effect within 1 business days of payment received date by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground on your PayPal transaction address, if you want your shipment to be sent to other address, please add that as ship to address on your PayPal and eBay account. this rug will be ship folded.
International buyer: We can ship worldwide, you will be responsible to pay custom duties and brokerage charge if any in your country.
Packing/handling: standard packing and handling fee are included on shipping cost.
Return/exchange Policy: I guarantee for your 100% satisfaction on my item's, however
if you didn't like in any case and wants to return/exchange, you can
return any item unused within 14 days of you receipt it on the way I sent it to
you. I can't refund shipping and handling charge for any returned item's. The
rest amount will be refund immediately after I received the returned item. No
re-stocking charge will be charged to you. All items has to be return to my
address at Omaha, NE. Please write me before sending back the items to get
return code. If you want to exchange with other item equivalent to your
purchase amount, I can sent the exchange item without any shipping handling
charge again, (I do need to pay again for shipping company). Exchange item will
be send only after I get back the previous item.
