I'm selling this Dutch "Golden Age" drawing, showing a refined drawing by a master artist.

The drawing, executed in charcoal on laid paper, depicts a flock of sheep in a meadow.

Authorship : the drawing is from the Dutch School.  On the support, there are two inscriptions, refering to Jacob van der Does (Amsterdam 1623 - Sloten 1673), the Dutch animal and landscape painter, specialised in Italianate scenes.  Further research, however should be done to bring clearness to this matter.
Bottom right on the support : an inventory number "2308".

Period : ca. 1670.

Size : 13,8x20,2cm (without support).

Condition : Good.  Some scattered dirt throughout.  Attached to a support top mid.  Mid vertical : slight traces of folding.  Unframed.

Shipping : flat shippingrate 17$.  Shipped as International Registered Mail (with trackingn°).  Combined shipping available.

Important message : this way, I would like to inform you all about the August arrangements.  I will be traveling between Belgium and France in August, leaving a first time on the 22nd of July (I can organise shipments till right after the sales on the 21th of July).  I will return a first time for shipments after 9 days, on the 31th of July.  On the 2nd of August, I will return to France, coming back to Belgium a second time on the 11th of August (for a second session of shipments).  Then, I will once again go back to France on the 13th of August.  A third session of shipments is shedulled on my third return on the 23th of August.  I'll be getting back to France on the 25th of August to join my family in the South of France.
During my stay in France, I will be visiting two major fleamarkets and several smaller markets.   Listings will continue as usual and communication shouldn't be a problem at all.  As guygie is a one-man's-project, I hope this way to have created a set-up to assure all shipments to go correctly (without exeptional delivery times).
I sincerely do thank you all for your continious support and great understanding !
