and a clearcoat must be applied afterwards to protect the color and to achieve a glossy finish.

These Paints are NOT designed for plastic or flexible surfaces.

The Painter must use a proper adhesion promoter.

Designer Pearls are Universal Base Coats that come in a large array of colors 

and may simply be cleared over for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys, or Pearls. 

They can be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamels.
