the touch up paint is missing

Tarnishing to alloy on spark plug wrench. I think the pliers & screwdriver may not be the original I think shaped when using the smallest spanner is missing as 3 bulbs have been used
Sold as pictures hence low price
Outer case has scuffs and scratches.
