This keyboard is used, so normal wear and tear should be expected. We do our best to describe all major flaws. This keyboard was pretty filthy when we found it, we did a nice wipe down, but we are unable to get some of the grime out from between the keys. We were unable to test this unit, but it did come from a working environment years ago. We will stand behind your purchase and guarantee it.
