BASIC SCRUB TOPS

  1. Measure a top which currently fits you well. If you do not have a scrub top to measure, use a garment which fits as a scrub top will fit you - loose and comfortable. A pajama top may work well for you.
    Do NOT choose a tee shirt, or sweatshirt, or other stretchy or close to the body fabric or garment.
  2. Measure beneath the underarm area of the top, from side to side, with the garment laid flat.
    Double this measurement.
    This should give you the circumference of your top.
    Now check that figure against the size chart.
  3. Search for a size which equals, or is slightly larger than, the figure you obtained for #1 above.
    Do NOT choose a figure smaller than your measurement figure, even if it is closer than the next size up, as the garment will be too small for you.
