Our instructions are detailed and have clear photos.
The chip is sold as a spare part and the suggested use is as a replacement for faulty or missing chips on your cartridge. The chip will not reset an empty cartridge. 
You can convert an OKI C9600/c9650/c9800/c9850 series cartridge from the USA to work in a European printer by simply changing the chip.
Our instructions will show you how to fit the spare chip into your cartridge
We supply the best instructions on ebay. 
You must let us know which colour chip you require.

However, in the unlikely event that you change your mind  we are happy to offer you a full refund, provided that the goods are returned unused and unopened within 14 days of delivery. P&P is non refundable.


Products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty. If a product is faulty it will need to be returned to us for credit or replacement. Please contact us for return information and technical support. P&P is non refundable.

UK Delivery

Order and pay for the item before 2pm and we will aim to ship it the same day - this applies Monday-Friday only. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment Monday-Friday.

Next day courier delivery is available if required please select this option during checkout. Next day is not available for Highlands or Islands.


International Delivery

We can ship anywhere in the world - however some locations outside Europe may incur a surcharge, contact us for more information and an accurate shipping cost if your location is not listed.
