Delivery Information

We can offer same day dispatch for orders placed Monday to Friday before 4.30pm. The majority of orders are sent via a tracked service which can take 2-3 working days to arrive.  A tracking number will be provided to you so you can check your delivery.

If you live off the UK mainland it might take longer to receive your order.  Delivery times quoted are estimates only (please allow time for your order to arrive).

A next day courier option is available on all our items; please note this will be next day delivery on all products ordered before 4.30pm.

If you don't receive your item within 5 working days of us posting please do get in contact before leaving feedback so we can help you.

Methods of Payment

We accept payment by PayPal and will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public bank holidays) subject to funds clearing.

Please note that we are VAT registered and every price that we list on eBay includes VAT. You will be provided with a full VAT receipt for any products that you purchase from us.

Returns

We want you to be happy with whatever product you purchase from us and to that end all of our products are 100% guaranteed.   If you experience any problems, please contact us so we can offer you some assistance.  Customers wishing to return items must contact us for a returns number before sending the items back, this ensures your return can be matched up and will be dealt with in a speedy manner.

Please note, in order to return an item that is not faulty you will be required to send the item back at your own cost, the item must be in its original packaging and be in a resalable condition.
