From a find on a market near Bologna (Italy), is this very decorative architectural drawing.  The drawing is part of a set of simular drawings by the same artist.

The present drawing, executed in pen, ink and watercolors on ca. 1900 paper, depicts a study of classical architecture, showing elements of the Ionic Order.

Authorship : the drawing is from the Italian School, by Vincenzo Adinolfi (Italian architect, active from the late 19th century till the 1930s).

Period : ca. 1900.

Size : 60,8x44,6cm !!

Condition : Good.  Some scattered dirt throughout.  Foxed.  Zone mid left : a small restored hole.  Unframed.
