- We accept payment through eBay payments and credit card over the phone. Currently because of changes to eBay's payment system, we cannot accept PayPal through eBay; however, after purchasing the item if you would like to pay through PayPal, please email us and we will send you a PayPal invoice directly to your email for payment. - Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase.
Returns:
- We offer full refunds or exchange for defective items only.
- Free Returns within 30 days through eBay.
- If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of package.
- Please return the items in their original individual packing / boxes. Make sure to pack the items well in a sturdy shipping box, using peanuts or packing foam to completely fill the box to insure no damage occurs during the return shipping. Damage incurred because of incorrect packing may result in a restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in new condition, never having been installed. No returns on installed items.
Shipping:
- We ship within 24 hours or next business day of payment being received.
- Items are shipped from our warehouse in Indiana, using Fedex or UPS.
- Free shipping within the Continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is $45 for the first item and $15 for each additional item. If you are ordering more than 2 items and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Australia, or UK, please email for a shipping quote to help reduce your shipping costs. We ship USPS to these areas.
