This limited edition includes a BONUS DISC 'Live At The Hollywood Bowl' plus the 15 track Greatest Hits CD.

Rare Japan PROMO issue CDs include additional promo text factory printed around the centre of the CD, and a small promo sticker on the back inlay or back of the obi. These are made in very limited quantity before the commercial release.
