Everything Janelle's Unlimited buys comes straight from manufacturers, retailers or designers and are guaranteed 100% authentic and original. Some of the products we offer were previously available for sale in a retail store and may have been handled by their customers. In addition, since they are sent through a reverse supply chain (ex. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show signs of handling. All items are thoroughly inspected though, and all defects are noted in the listing. The majority of our items will have the original tag!

We ship most items within 1 business day. We provide free shipping and tracking information on almost all domestic orders, and Customs Form numbers for tracking on all international orders. Due to such variable international shipping costs, all international buyers must pay for shipping. Please use the drop down menu on the "shipping" tab and pick the country you are ordering from in order to calculate your cost. We always strive to find the lowest shipping cost on all international orders. We also offer combined shipping rates for orders with multiple items. You can contact us though ebay regarding this, or you can simply request your total and we will automatically combine any shipping that can be combined. We accept Paypal. You may also use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card through Paypal! When you are ready to pay, Simply click the "Pay Now" button at the top of the eBay item page to submit a secure payment through checkout.

                   

                       

We accept all returns within 30 days of your receipt of the item. You may return for either money back or exchange, however we are unable to offer replacements on most items due to the nature of our supply.

                       

Returns are handled easiest if you contact us first rather than open a return case. We are unable to allow any exchanges with an open return case.                        

                       

We do take returns for items that do not fit, however it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any return shipping costs in that situation. If there is an error on our part, we will be happy to pay for you to return the item.

Should you ever encounter an issue, we ask that you allow us time to review each situation before leaving feedback, as we will do everything within our power to make sure each customer is satisfied.

We hand measure all items, however in order to help find your perfect fit, use the size chart below to help you determine proper measurements for many of the brands and styles that we sell. If your measurements fall in between, we recommend that you order the next larger size. You may also refer to the actual brand website for their size chart.
