• A wonderful pair of French peasant travaille bleus! ~ These wonderful pants are such excellent finds!  These trousers are produced using a heavy cotton denim, built to withstand time and daily work use!  ~ These pants date c1950-1960's with gorgeous hand stitched mends and patches, these pants were very well cared for over the decades!  ~ Lovely, heavy blue dyed cotton.  Machine stitched.  Pocketed front and back! ~ Unique, one of a kind always.  These pants are gently used and well maintained, wonderfully broken in but with still a lot of life to give!  The tops of each pocket have been mended with a patch, and the crotch has been mended as well.  Beautifully faded whiskers on the front!  These types of textiles were used throughout the French countryside and can still be seen today. ~ Please view photographs of construction and condition using the zoom feature on the photographs. ~*~ ( pants A32 )

38 inches long 

25 inch inseam

37.5 inch waist

13.5 inch rise

CONDITION : These lovely pants are in as found, not freshly laundered condition with storage dust.  These pants can be machine laundered at home. ~ This pants are gently faded with some worn spots at the pockets, waist & ankles, a few hand stitched mends, and some small pale speckled stains on both sides of these pants that may or may not wash fully.
