We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping on all orders. For orders over $150, select the free shipping option at the checkout.We can ship your order with multiple couriers including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fast Ways And Express Post Australia Post.

SimplyDC offer nationwide delivery on our entire range (including free delivery on many items), and your product(s) are insured during the delivery process.
Please note that delivery times and prices may vary depending on the location of the products as some items are made to order or require specification preparation. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically be between 2-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times will be longer for rural and remote locations.

Warranty

SimplyDC is a registered Australian business (ABN: 63 631 619 488) and complies with the Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. All items sold by SimplyDC are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty.

If an item is considered by the buyer to be faulty please email us first for troubleshooting assistance in case the fault relates to installation or components not included but directly related to the use of your product. If all troubleshooting fails, the product warranty will be honoured as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy which may involve a refund, replacement or repair at the manufacturer’s discretion depending on the severity of the fault. You will need to provide a copy of your original proof of purchase. 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
