  • All sales are final ( Unless manufacture defect): . Due to U.S. Health Regulations, there are no refunds or exchanges unless manufacturers defects. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a refund of your high bid (Shipping & Handling is non-refundable) after you have returned the product.
  • Please email us BEFORE you send your return to receive an RMA number from us. Once an RMA has been granted, be sure to include a description of the problem and the ebay item number with the return package

  • Return claims must be received within 30 days of receipt. All return items must be completed. Missing any accessories or package will be treated as disqualified for RMA and the return freight is on you..
