Payments: Immediate payment is due upon purchase. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted at this time. I reserve the right to cancel a sale for delay in payment or unreasonable demands. ebay will issue a non-paying bidder alert when a purchase goes unpaid.
Shipping & Handling: I utilize a variety of shipping options and carriers, depending on weight and size of item(s) being shipped. Most purchases will be shipped via USPS Parcel, First Class, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. USPS Priority packages are automatically insured up to $50. Each listing states which shipping method I plan to use for the item but if buyer would prefer one not listed, please notify me . Free shipping in a listing only refers to the method of shipping noted in listing, however, buyer may request another method of shipping at the buyer’s expense. I combine shipping on most sales of like items. For multiple auction wins, please wait for a combined invoice to make payment. Handling time will be within one business day of cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays. If you require expedited handling (item to be shipped same business day), message me to see if that would be possible prior to purchase. A $10 fee will be added for expedited handling time.
Returns: I offer a 30-day return policy on all items unless noted in listing (USA CUSTOMERS ONLY, NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS). I reserve the right to ask for pictures prior to a return being granted when a buyer states that the "Item isn’t as described", etc.. Item(s) must be in original condition and be returned in/with original packaging undamaged and in tact. If listing states that item is sold with tags, then tags must still be attached. Item(s) must be shipped back by the same method as received with delivery confirmation. I will issue a full or partial refund less my original shipping cost (if purchase was shipped for free) after item(s) have been reviewed and accepted. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and I reserve the right to issue a pro-rated or partial refund if the reason for the item being returned is outside of what eBay’s Money Back Guarantee would cover. For instance, if you received free shipping along with your purchase, your refund would be less the cost of shipping. Or if the returned item was purchased during a promotion which affected the price of another item within the purchase (ie BOGO, etc), the difference will be deducted from the refund.
International Buyers: Returns are not accepted for International Buyers. Buyer is responsible for any customs or duty fees, if required by your government. I am not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. There is no tracking information provided for the International packages as the majority of items will be shipped First Class International (Less than 4 Pounds). Please be advised you "Buy at your own risk" when purchasing internationally as the package is out of my control once it leaves the United States. Please be aware that depending on where you live, packages may take weeks or longer to arrive.
