Made of proprietary food grade material called Ceramber.
This is much better than silicone as it stays stiff but yet is flexible.
This is dishwasher safe. Collapses to approx 1" for easy storage.
The collapsed size is 10 3/4 x 7 3/4 x 1 inches and holds 6 cups.
