Here is a pre-owned older Little Orphan Annie plastic costume dress.  It shows two copyright dates -  1981 Tribune Syndicate and 1977 MPI Communications, Inc.  The dress measures about 29 inches long and 19 inches across the shoulders.   The dress is overall nice but shows some light surface dirt.    Please see pictures and ask any questions.
