IMPORTANT There are many more items in my shop that don't appear in regular item searches. So please click the link to my shop above and browse the category menu on the left.

NEW! Now you can sign up for a regular e-mail bulletin detailing my latest finds and offers by adding me to your list of favourite sellers. The e-mail is free, eBay system generated (so your e-mail address remains private) and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment and Postage

Paypal is accepted and I do not add a surcharge to cover their fees. UK buyers only may also pay by cheque or postal order. If it's a cheque, please allow 7 to 10 days for it to clear. It may be possible for overseas customers to pay by another means such as bank transfer, but this is by prior arrangement only.

All buyers please make contact within 3 days of auction. Payment is required within 7 days.

Non-payment

All non-paying bidders are, without exception, reported to eBay. This is not for the sake of being vindictive, but because eBay charges retrospective fees calculated on the actual sale price of items and this money needs to be retrieved. It's hard enough to make ends meet on here as it is! Thank you for your understanding. Please refer to eBay's policy on non-payment for more information, including its ramifications for the bidder.

Condition of items

Please note that, unless clearly stated otherwise, my listings are for vintage/antique items and therefore, by definition, are not going to be in the same condition you would expect from a brand new item. Please be assured that I always endeavour to offer the most accurate description possible of the item's condition and take multiple illustrative photographs.

Vintage electrical items

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the description, vintage electrical items are sold in their original condition so should be safety checked by an electrician before use.

Returns

Returns are possible, if reported within 7 days and by prior arrangement, if a mistake has been made in the listing and the item is not as described, but for no other reason.
I'm afraid that straightforward buyer's remorse does not qualify and the cost of return postage is not included in any refund.

That's it...please sdon't hesitate to e-mail me to ask any questions not covered above; I always answer as quickly as possible.

Thanks very much for taking the time to read this and best of luck with your bidding!
