This housing is 100% unused and in brand new condition. But it has been stored in warehouse for more than 10 years, so it may have tiny tear & wear (pressure marks). Will say, at least 95% new.

The front housing is showing SL45i and in fact, it is compatible with Siemens SL45 and 6688 too.
