How to measure the Belt Size:What side of your body is your stoma located on? Look down at yourself. (Right / Left)
What is your body size at the level of your stoma/ostomy? (measure around your body both above and below your stoma.)
For best fit please measure at the stoma level without going over your pouch or stoma.
Note: it is not recommended to use your pants size.

Returns:
Defective Returns
We will gladly replace any defective unit at no additional cost to you within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your PayPal account in full. Please contact us directly though eBay messaging for information on returning your defective item and receiving a replacement or refund.
Non-Defective Returns:
We will offer you a full refund for items unused and in resalable condition within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs on non defective items. Once item is inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be credited back to your PayPal account.
* Buyers are required to take photos on the damaged item and send the item back within 14 days after item received, Return must be shipped to ensure safety.
