Remember  This is new kind of jewelry for the VCH Piercing. This is one is only 8mm diameter which is comfortable size for VCH. Both balls unscrew so you can use either side to insert of take it out. The balls are 6mm so you will get little pressure on the clit. It will look different than what you wear but it will not bother you when your cross your legs because it is only 8mm diameter and it is twisted more than normal belly twister.
