It is brand new without tags and it has been retired for years. The dream that you wish will come true with Disney's Cinderella Top by Disney Couture . If color is important, please do not rely solely on the pictures. Sometimes the pictures do not accurately represent the color. I try to provide lots of pictures so that you can see every flaw but the color is not always accurate in the pictures.  I do my best to describe the colors in the description. If you have any questions regarding color, please ask before purchasing. If you are still not sure, please do not purchase. I do not want you to be disappointed. Sometimes, the true color of an item can only be experienced in person. 

I love my international customers, and I am happy to ship internationally. But please note that I ONLY SHIP VIA PRIORITY MAIL with INSURANCE IN A BOX. I do not ship in envelopes. Please be advised that the post office rates are a bit expensive, especially after the most recent rate increase. It is much more cost effective to purchase multiple items. I do not charge handling fees, and I pay all overage costs. Most of the time the shipping I pay to the post office is more than the buyer actually pays.
