YOU CAN SOMETIMES HOLD 1 & 6 OR 2 & 6 WHICH CAN SHOW THE SERIAL NUMBER, THIS ISN'T ALWAYS THE CASE AND YOU MAY NEED TO REMOVE THE RADIO TO GET THE SERIAL NUMBER.
