This is a an inexpensive AM/FM chrome car wing aerial antenna suitable for many Classic Volkswagen models including VW Beetle (Type 1, Käfer, Coccinelle) with an aerial antenna located at the bottom of the windscreen/windshield pillar, and also many VW (Type 3) 1500, 1600, Notchback, Fastback Coupe, Squareback, Variant models, and Type 4, 411 and 412 , and VW (Type 14) Karmann Ghia models, with an aerial antenna located on the top curve of the front wing or fender. Suitable for these models with an existing oval hole size from about 12 to 18 mm in width and 25 to 30 mm in length. This is a reproduction after-market aerial, similar in design and application to the Hirschmann HIT AUTA 970B and HIT AUTA 970S aerial antennas that are no longer manufactured. 

The aerial top fitting is small and well proportioned with good quality durable bright chrome plating.  Full refund on its return if you are unhappy with the aerial.
