The tap is new and unused but does have damaged outer packaging.  We opened the box to inspect the tap and noticed a few light marks on the chrome that will polish off as shown on the attached pictures, we have tried to make the pictures look worse case scenario but some of the lighter marks couldn't be picked up by the camera, they are visible in the flesh on close inspection.  

We will ensure the tap is shipped well wrapped to be delivered safe and sound but we may use an alternate box as we feel the original box will offer little protection in transit.
