We pledge to ship your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Most items will ship within 24 hours or less from the receipt of your payment. Unless you choose a specific shipping option, such as Priority Mail or Express Mail, we will use the most economical shipping method and carrier.

For Customers Purchasing from Outside the United States:​​​​​​​

• Import duties, taxes, and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
• Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight / shipping company or when you pick up your item. Do not confuse these charges for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below the actual value or mark the items as gifts.U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We have a 30 day No-Questions-Asked return policy.  

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

1. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
2. Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.  If the items show signs of being worn, such as stains, etc., the item is not eligible for a refund.
3. Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
4. Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.
5. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and the RMA, and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense

Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages: Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may require additional payment to cover the added cost of shipping the item a 2nd time.
