Remote start your vehicle off your existing factory remote!

To start the vehicle with our kit simply hit the lock button 3X on your factory remote, that's it! The installation of this product will require anywhere from 1 to 3 wiring connections depending on how you want to configure the system per your liking. We will provide precise directions with wire colors and locations in the manual and in additional info upon request. Please note: A person with a good basic knowledge of wiring 12 volt car electronics should be able to install this product successfully - Our remote starts are ONLY compatible with AUTOMATIC transmission vehicles. Choosing the right remote start system and installing it in your vehicle has become a lot simpler and more affordable with this all-in-one Fortin EVO-Series package. The EVO system includes a digital interface module, which bypasses your vehicle's immobilizer circuits so you can start it without a key, and a T-harness that'll connect the module to your specific vehicle.

Vehicle-specific harness simplifies the installation

While not quite plug-and-play, the harness connections cut down installation time considerably, so you do-it-yourselfers out there can save a little money. Fortin includes a code on the package that you use on their website to download and print detailed, illustrated instructions for your installation.

Use your factory remote

You start your vehicle by pressing the lock button on your factory key three times. This system lets you start your car from as far away as the key will lock and unlock your doors.

Optional RF remotes increase the range to 1500 feet

If you want to be able to start your car from inside your home or office, for instance, you can extend the range of your EVO up to a quarter mile by simply plugging in one of these RF remote kits to the interface module.

The installation of this product will require wiring connections. We provide concise directions with wire colors & locations. It is important to note at a minimum, a person with a basic to intermediate knowledge of wiring car electronics should be able to install this product successfully.

What about the instructions?
The remote start and interface module both come with installation manuals.

What other parts will I need?
None. The kit comes with all the components you will need. The only things you'll need to provide basic supplies like electrical tape wire ties and basic electrical tools.

How long?
A pro installer can do this in a couple of hours. Your results may vary.
