This is a vintage "Plasticville, U.S.A." building model kit. The featured building is the "CHURCH KIT...CC-8." The box is also marked: "Made To Scale For Popular Size Trains." No scale is listed, but other sellers here on eBay have listed these as "O scale". The kit is COMPLETE and in VERY GOOD condition. There is some yellowing to parts of the white walls. It seems there were several variations of the church, made over the years. THIS example has a small metal bell in tower. The BOX is in FAIR condition. It has some soiling and general wear. Box and contents are guaranteed to be old & original - made in the 1950's (give or take) - or your money back.
