Gorgeous paisley roses antique cotton fabric from about the early 1900's. This would have been created using stamps/blocks, layering them one at a time. The process took many hours to achieve this lovely design. The hues are warm done in primarily a deep eggplant, a bit of what I believe is a black, plumy purple lavender shades & a gorgeous rusty burnished type deep apricot/tangerine with a hint of a very soft muted aqua. This is about quilting weight or slightly denser, the medallions are on the larger scale but not enormous (my spool measures aprox 1- 1 1/ 2 inches around). Exceptional quality, unused.  So much more exquisite in person than my photos captured.
Perfect for patchwork, home pieces and clothing elements, reticules etc..

I sell antique and vintage fabric. Each textile is different; some possibly used, some unused. I will give you my best assessment. I do not always launder them nor do I know all their history, how they have been stored over time etc.. I have a 30+ year long &  extensive knowledge of textiles and gauge age ranges; fiber content etc.. to the best of my ability. As always please view all photos, dimensions etc.. as they are part of the description. Please keep in mind that I provide the best photos possible but monitors do vary. If my eyes should miss a small flaw, please know it is not intentional. I am always available and happy to answer any inquiries so always please ask if I have not addressed something that may be important to you.

I do combine shipping whenever possible. If you are an international buyer or purchasing multiple pieces, please wait for my personal invoice as ebay's auto. combined invoices are rarely accurate. You can do this by either messaging me or using the drop down button that says "request total from seller" after your purchase but prior to paypal checkout. Again, if you have any questions, please message me.
