Our complete lines of billet grilles are designed to personalize and compliment the look of your vehicle. Our grilles are made to withstand the harsh conditions of weather, excessive washing and heavy rain. Our grilles are made to be 100% rust resistant, that is why we offer a Lifetime warranty on our billet grilles. Our grilles are also covered against discoloration and peeling. When you purchase a grille you want to ensure that you are only receive the highest quality material, who wants to be bothered from having to remove their grille after a few weeks because of manufacturing issues. The best part about our grilles are they bolt right over your existing grille, this means that there is no need for cutting, drilling or damaging your vehicle. If your vehicle is leased you don't have to worry about damaging when you return it back at the end of the lease. Our grilles also come with a center cutout for your existing logo if there is one in the center of your existing grille. Our grille bolts right over and you still can see your existing logo, please note that our grilles are not sold with any logos and they are only made to install over your existing grille, therefore if you don't have an existing grille on your vehicle these grilles would not work. SHIPPING
707 Motoring uses varies companies to ship our products to ensure that we can get them to you quickly and efficiently. Our products are shipped with either USPS mail, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. All packages are usually shipped within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment and with a valid tracking number to ensure you can track the status of the package from its departure from our facility to its arrival at your address. Please note that eBay does provide an estimated date of arrival of your order and we kindly ask that you allow delivery up until that timeframe period before contacting us for delivery status.
Anytime a package is shipped an message notification will be sent for your convenience, tracking information can also be viewed any time after it's uploaded in your purchase history section.
707 Motoring offers Free Shipping for all packages shipped within the USA, this includes packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery in those areas). Please note that because some packages are oversized or overweight we cannot guarantee shipment of all accessories we carry to specific areas in the USA such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please review the shipping tab on the product description page to confirm if that product can ship to your area.
We also offer International shipment worldwide and to Canada. Additional rates would apply for International shipments, please review shipping tab before completing your purchase to view rates and delivery time frames. All International packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail, we also offer more expedited shipping services.
We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Our office only ships packages Monday-Friday, we do not ship on the weekends or during any major holidays, any orders placed outside of our shipping period will be processed on the next working business day.
Please note that for all custom made products allow anywhere from 3-5 business days before shipping. Since these items are made to order they will go into production within 1 business after the order is placed and will take additional time for production before shipping. RETURNS
Hassle Free Returns
At 707 Motoring we understand that sometimes after receiving an item you realize that you no longer want it or other situations arise, that is why we offer our hassle free return program. If you receive an item and your not completely satisfied or simply changed your mind about the purchase just go ahead and send it back within 14 days of receipt to receive either your money back or an easy exchange. Please review below for all return policy information.
Return Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt you can have that item returned to us for a refund or exchange.
All items being returned must be accompanied by a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). See below on how to obtain an RMA#.
Returned items must be returned back in original condition and be ready to be placed back on our shelves. Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered would not be accepted back for a return. If the double sided 3M tape is peeled off or the white protective film has been completely removed we cannot accept the item back for a return.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Buyer is responsible to have the item returned back to us. All items being returned must be sent back with a valid tracking number to ensure we receive the package. If an item arrives back to us and is damaged during transit the buyer would be responsible to file a claim with the shipping company used to return the item.
Some products do require cutting and/or drilling in order for the product to fit properly, buyer would be responsible for return shipping for those products if they don't want to proceed with the additional installation requirements.
Obtain RMA#
To obtain an RMA# simply send us an eBay message requesting to return your item and please specify to us the reason for the return so we can note for our records, once we get that we will respond back with all the return instructions. Refunds & Exchanges
As soon as we receive your item back you will receive a confirmation message notifying you that your return has been received and we will have it inspected for any damage or misuse. Once this process is completed (normally 3-4 business days after receiving item) we will process a refund back to your payment account or ship out an item that you wanted to exchange. Please note that it may take 3-4 days before you are able to see the refund on your credit card statement.
On exchanged items buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs unless we shipped out the incorrect item or an item is defective.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove grille from packaging to ensure you received the correct grille. Also be sure to locate the hardware kit
2. Inspect item for any damages or defects
3. Lift up the hood. If your car has a protective black cover preventing you from reaching behind the grille you will need to take this off. Most have either clips or screws so you can use a screwdriver to pop out the pins/clips or screws. Make sure once you removed them you can fit your hands down behind the existing grille
4. Place your new grille over your existing grille, do this gently so that the long bolts on the chrome grille go through the slots on your existing grille. Also be sure that you line up the center cutout with your existing logo. You should be able to see the long bolts appear behind your factory grille
5. Attach the long rectangular clamps to each of the bolts from behind the existing grille, allow the cushion part to face your factory grille. Attach washers and nuts to the grille and tighten with a socket wrench, usually a 10mm will work. Tighten each on slowly and be sure not to over tighten too much because you don’t want to cause any damage to your factory grille
6. Put black protective cover on hood and tighten screws or place clips back in place
7. Your job is complete
8. Installation varies from vehicle to vehicle so additional steps may be required, you can always contact us for additional information from our tech team, we recommend you have some type of experience with autos if you are going to attempt to install on your own
