The Elastogel Hot/Cold All Purpose Packs are used to offer hot or cold therapy to any area where a flat, sheet form will suffice. The tough, flexible gel will not leak if punctured and the 4-way stretch material will help assure product durability and effective therapy management.
Cleaning InstructionsTo clean the All purpose wrap, remove the outside cover wipe it down with a damp (not wet) cloth using mild soap or disinfectant. Allow the product to dry completely before using it.
Cooling InstructionsPlace the All-purpose wrap in the freezer for at least two hours (2). It can be kept in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. The product will remain flexible even at -20°F. Always store product in a plastic bag while in the freezer and make sure to remove the sleeve prior to defrosting the freezer.
Heating InstructionsThe most convenient method of heating the product is in a microwave oven. Suggested heating time using a 600-700 watt microwave is 60-90 Seconds per side, using 1100 watt microwave is 60 Seconds per side. Wait one minute (60 seconds) before use. The product should feel WARM to the touch, NOT HOT. Hold the product firmly against the skin for 30 seconds before re-heating*. If the product is not warm enough, heat in 30-second increments and rotate the product each time.
Do Not Get the Products Wethe gel will absorb water and expand. If the product becomes wet, lay it flat on a table and let it air dry before continuing use. Do not put wet towels under the gel.
