It's VERY important that you provide your vehicle's information and seat configuration. You can add a note during checkout on Paypal or send us a separate message after your purchase. Try to be as descriptive as possible (power or manual controls, headrest type, lumbar support, side airbags, etc). We'll get in touch with you if we need any additional information. The vehicle information that you selected on Ebay is for search purposes only and it's not forwarded to us. Your order will be delayed if you don't provide this information. Since this is a custom made to order item, ALL returns/cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, NO Exceptions!
How long does it take?
All Coverking items are Engineered and Assembled in the USA. Fabrication time is approximately 2 weeeks. Delivery times may vary based on the volume of orders at the manufacturing facility. If your order is time sensitive, contact us so we can have a bettert idea of the actual fabrication time. Please take into consideration when placing your order, that these are not universal "off'-the-shelf" seat covers. We'll provide the tracking information as soon as your seat covers are ready and shipped out.

How to Clean your Seat Covers?
You can wash the seat covers while they are still on the vehicle. Use water with wet suit shampoo (found online or at your local surf shop) as directed by the wet suit shampoo manufacturer. Use a lint-free cloth and wash your seat covers. Rinse your seat covers with fresh water and pat dry with a towel. Do NOT use bleach or any detergents that contain bleach. Do NOT use a brush or scouring pad. Do NOT machine wash. Hand wash and air dry only!
Are Coverking Seat Covers Difficult to Install?
In general, installation is relatively easy. Coverking Seat Covers simply slide over the seats and are held down with Velcro, hooks or straps that attach under the seat and are not visible from the outside. The front seat covers are easier to install than rear seat covers because front seats are more easily accessible. Typical installation on front seat covers take around 20-30 minutes. Rear seat in a car may require removal of the seats to install the seat covers. Rear seats on SUVs, require the shortest installation time. Detailed instructions are always included with your Coverking Seat Covers. However, if you are still experiencing any difficulty, our support staff and technical staff will be happy to assist you with the process.
Do I Need To Remove My Seats To Install My Seat Covers?
For front seats, no. Some rear seat benches may need to be taken out in order to attach straps. Most rear bench seats can be removed by lifting up using force near the front (where your knees rest) to release the anchors. Some seats have a small plastic release lever located in the same position.
Why Did I Receive Only 1 Row Of Seat Covers When I Ordered 2 Or More Rows?
Coverking ships each row ordered separately in individual packaging. As a row is finished, we ship it immediately. Even though you ordered multiple rows of custom seat covers at the same time, they are manufactured independently and may arrive at your address on different dates.
How Do I Remove My Headrests?
First, contact your local dealership and provide them with your VIN number to confirm that you do in fact have removable headrests. Second, find the button on the headrest post. On the opposite post, you should see a tiny slot that you can stick a paper clip, clothing pin or needle into. While pushing the button with your thumb and pushing the needle into the slot with your other thumb; have someone pull the headrest up and it should come right off. Simply slide the headrest prongs back into their slots once the seat cover is installed.
Why don't my Seat Covers have a Cover for the Center Console?
Console covers are included only on full seat configuration or console areas that provide a seat. If the console doesn't adjust into a seat or doesn't come equipped with a seat belt, the pattern doesn't include a console cover. Vehicles with 50/50 bucket seats don't come with console cover even if there's a console. Bucket seat configuration don't come with console covers.
Why do all your Products feature a Disclaimer that "Color Settings on Monitors may vary"?
Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It's important to understand that the particular computer monitor you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratio settings. Your desktop and your laptop may five you slightly different color representations of the same material. Therefore, the colors that each individual customer sees on his/her computer screen will not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our fabrics as they actually are. They will be very, very close but there will be a variation. We'll gladly send you up to 5 material samples if you wish to see the material and color before ordering.
