This is a brand new Ava & Viv plus size black and white striped skirt in either 2x or 4x (you choose from the drop down list).  The skirt has a 2” elastic waist band and hits below the knee (unless you are very tall) at 33.5” in length.  The waist on the 2x measures 44” around and on the 4x 50” around (without stretching the elastic).
