Item Description

Wax which creates hydrophobic and protective coating durable for up to 12 months. Thanks to unique fluoropolymers, the coating effectively reduces adhe- sion of dirt and repels water. The paint is protected against negative effects of weather conditions such as acid rain, UV radiation and road salt. The product is dedicated to light coloured paintwork.

Directions for use:

1. Prepare your car by carefully hand-washing it with neutral pH shampoo, drying and decontaminating the surface using clay, cleaner, or other products of this kind

2. Get the minimum amount of product on the pad by applying gentle pressure to the surface of the wax and moving the pad in a can

3. Spread an even and possibly thin layer of wax on the paint with cross-motion, working panel by panel

4. Wait about 5-8 minutes for the wax to bind with the paint. The higher temperature, the shorter time needed

5. Polish the residue with a clean and dry microfiber cloth, frequently changing its side or replacing it with fresh one

What are the delivery charges for the UK?

DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK IS FREE.


We send orders via a recorded delivery, which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. If you require next working day delivery please arrange by calling us on +44 (0)1782 33 44 40.

Returns

Contact us prior to leaving negative feedback!.. Our Customer Service team will endevour to resolve any issues.

We offer a 14 working day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance to the DSR. You will receive the full refund to the value of the order (delivery costs not included).

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of the product/order.

This applies to all orders with us unless:

- Products that are ordered in error or that you changed your mind on will be entitled to a credit note at our discretion.

- Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions (usually three months). If a product is credit noted due to manufacturing defects, the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier. We will then offer you a credit note on return including all reasonable postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Products that are damaged in transit to the customer CANNOT be refunded. If a product is damaged in transit the customer or recipient must NOT sign for the delivery. Instead the customer must refuse delivery by the courier and then contact us for further details.
