Change of Mind:
- Item must be unused and is in a saleable condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage.
- Refund amount will not include postage costs.
- Re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied.
Faulty or Damaged Item:
- Must notify if the item is damaged within the first 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.
- Pictures must be provided, showing the damages or the faulty item.
- We will arrange for the item to be return to us for further examination.
- After assessing the item, if eligible, we will refund you the full amount or send you a replacement item with no extra costs.
