Here is a vintage Catholic medal honoring both Pope Pius XI and Pope XII and noting accomplishments in 1922 and then in 1942.  The reverse acknowledges the Union for Catholic Action's gift to Pope Pius XII for the missions.   (I apologize for my weak translation.)  The medal measures about 1 1/8th inches in diameter and shows tarnish, dirt and wear.  It is a base metal.   Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
